Thatcham Category 2 to 1 Upgrade:
Upgrades a vehicle that has a Thatcham Category 2 immobiliser already installed
to a full Thatcham Category 1 alarm system. This is the type of system that is
fitted to most modern motorhomes where the base chassis unit has a immobiliser
fitted by the chassis manufacturer, typically Ford, Fiat, Mercedes-Benz, Iveco.

A mini modular remote control alarm and immobiliser that is insurance approved
to Thatcham Category 2-1 status. Offers protection to doors boot and bonnet.
With ultrasonic protection for the vehicle interior and battery back-up siren.
Also offers automatic door locking and anti-hijack facility
Protection to doors, bonnet and optionally to additional motorcaravans
doors and lockers as required

Upgrades Thatcham Cat 2 Immobiliser to a Thatcham Cat 1 Alarm / Immobiliser
A compact remote control alarm and immobiliser that utilises the vehicle
manufacturer's own remote keys to arm and disarm the system. Offers protection
to doors and bonnet. With ultrasonic protection for the vehicle interior,
and battery back-up siren. Also offers anti-hijack facility.
Protection to doors, bonnet and optionally to additional motorcaravans
doors and lockers as required
For other alarm system, such as 24volt chassis alarms, or alarms for older vehicles that might not have a Category 2
immobiliser fitted as standard, please
