The Motorhome Garage Scooter Rack from Southdowns

The SmartRack motorcycle system from Southdowns is the first garage scooter system to combine great functionality with minimum effort. It is idea for motorhome garages. The spring-supported platform system simplifies lifting even heavy loads and by cleaver use of a self-securing folding chock and a onboard holding rail, the system can be operated by one person on their own.

It is this easy:

Step 1 - Slide out the Platform
The platform slides out of the garage, when its fully out it tilts downs and the forward edge rest on the floor.

Step 2 - Wheel on the Scooter
When it passes over the folding chock, the scooter is automatically prevented from rolling backwards. Simply lean the scooter against the holding rail and both your hands are free for lashing the scooter to the platform.

Step 3 - Secure the Scooter
The scooter can be easily secured to the platform base and the holding rail using the lashing straps supplied.

Step 4 - Lift the Platform
Once the scooter is secured, the rack is lifted of the ground. Use of high tech springs means the load can be lifted without a great deal of effort.

Step 5 - Slide in the Platform
Once the platform is horizontal simply slide it into the garage. With it the roller–bearing construction, the platform can be pushed in and locked with ease.

And yes. It is that easy!
 

Other benefits
The flat construction of the system means that you have almost no loss of storage space in your garage, even when you want to travel without the scooter on board. The system does not need to be removed to enable the garage to be used for other storage.
