We have an excellent relationship with Rimor's Parts Manager, Serainia and her parts team at the factory in Poggibonsi. Delivery of parts is usually within two to three weeks of ordering although urgent parts can be dispatched from Italy by special courier although this does incur additional costs. Wood furnishings, soft interior cushion furnishings and aluminium trims do seem to take a little longer

We are able to quote prices and availability for most parts immediately, especially if you are able to email us a digital image of the exact part that you require. Digital pictures are especially desirable for orders involving body panels or lights.

Please note that as with most Italian manufacturing factories, Rimor is closed for August and parts ordered just before or during this period will be delayed.

Rimor parts are ordered on the Chassis Number so please have this to hand when you get in touch. We will also need to know the range and exact model number and whether your vehicle is left or right hand drive
