Concorde Charisma wins Best A-Class Award

Caravan Club Design & Drive 2008 Competition Class Winners

The Design and Drive competition is The Caravan Club's annual assessment of the best motor caravans in the business. It is judged in 7 different classes and also includes an 'Overall winner' category.

In a contest of 56 motor caravans spread across seven classes – the biggest ever entry in the competition’s nine-year history, winner of the over £60,000 A-Class award went to the Concorde Charisma 890M.

Judges described the 6.7-tonne A-Class as “astonishingly easy to drive” and its interior comparable with that of a luxury yacht.

The award was collected for Southdowns at a gala black tie event in Newbury last week by Southdowns Managing, Director Michael Ayling.
