Concorde Wins Owner Satisfaction Survey

Practical Motorhome Magazine Readers Vote Concorde Top for Customer Satisfaction

The Great and and the good of the motorhome industry gathered in Manchester last Thursday to discover which manufacturers topped Practical Motorhome Magazine's annual Owner Satisfaction Awards.

The overall winner for new motorhomes was Concorde, the prestigious German motorhomes imported into the UK by Southdowns Motorhome Centre.

Bailey came in third place overall. Bailey were one of only two manufacturers to win back-to-back Gold Awards, for this year and last year.

In the survey, Gold Awards reflect a score of between 85-100%; Silver Awards go to those scoring 70-84%. Knaus was the highest-placed Gold Award winner for Best Manufacturer of Pre-owned Motorhomes, polling 98.9%.

The awards ceremony took place in the World Room at the Caravan and Motorhome Show at EventCity in Manchester, in front of 60 representatives of manufacturers and dealers.

Southdowns Sales Manager, Ben Tosspell, collected the trophy for Concorde

"Concorde is our halo brand, one we are privileged to represent in the UK," he said. "If we can maintain that representation through satisfied customers, then we can’t ask for anything else. "It’s great that it’s coming from customers, people who are living it, touching it, breathing it - that’s the critical thing. If you upset a customer, you’d be surprised how quickly word gets around."
