Practical Motorhome Magazine Readers Vote Southdowns Silver Customer Satisfaction Award for Used Motorhome Sales

The annual Practical Motorhome Customer Satisfaction Survey is a unique event in the annual motorhome calendar.

The magazine invites customers, those who have bought either new or used motorhomes, to give their feedback and to rate the motorhome they purchased and their supplying dealership. Feedback is sought, in the magazine, in forms at shows, and online via a number of websites. The results are published at the start of each year.

Southdowns are pleased to have been awarded a Silver Award for Used Motorhome Sales.

The 'great and and the good' (their words not mine!) of the motorhome industry, including our Sales Manager Ben Tosspell, gathered in Manchester in early February to discover which manufacturers topped Practical Motorhome Magazine's annual Owner Satisfaction Awards.

The awards ceremony took place in the World Room at the Caravan and Motorhome Show at EventCity in Manchester, in front of 60 representatives of manufacturers and dealers.

Southdowns Sales Manager, Ben Tosspell, was busy, collected the trophy for Concorde, voted the Best Motorhome and also Gold Award for Southdowns New Vehicle Sales and Silver Award for Used Motorhome Sales,
