Sales Administrator / Receptionist Wanted
Southdowns are currently looking to take on an a lively and personable person to join our busy Sales Team.
The role involves supporting the team with customers as they call and visit us and with the administration of the sales process.
Duties include:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person, answering or referring enquiries.
- Answers incoming telephone call, directing calls and taking messages as appropriate. Ensures call back have been actions.
- Monitors incoming company email inbox and directs emails around the business as appropriate.
- Preparation of service job cards for sold vehicles.
- Preparation of paperwork for funding, taxing and MOT vehicles.
- Liaising with sales staff and service staff to ensure smooth operation of the sales process.
The position is a full time, demanding but will prove extremely rewarding for the right candidate.
