Alde Compact 3000 Boiler / Wet Central Heating

Motorhome boiler and heating system servicing

Alde boilers are fitted to most Concorde motorhomes to power the wet central heating system. They are also fitted to other premium quality motorhomes.

Schedule:

• Annual operational check
• Full service every two years. The glycol mixture in the system should be changed every second year since its ability to protect against corrosion, for example, will deteriorate.
• Gas safety inspection every two years.

Technicians Check List:

Operation Check:

• Check there are no leaks from the connections or hose
• Check operation of the system
• Bleed the system as required
• Test glycol mixture level and top-up as necessary

Full Service:

• Change LPG gas hoses, as required
• Replace glycol mixture
• Check there are no leaks from the connections or hose
• Check operation of the system
• Bleed the system as required
• Re-test glycol mixture level and top-up as necessary

Gas Safety Inspection

• The appliance will be included in a Gas Safety Inspection

Time Required:

• Operation Check: Approximately 45 minutes
• Full Service: Approximately 90 minutes

Parts Required:

• Glycol mixture – volume as required by size of heating system. Included in price of service.
• Other replacement parts subject to the results of the inspection

Optional Parts Required:

• LPG gas hose – price subject to specification
