Here at Southdowns we appreciate that it is often a fairly small and hitherto insignificant part that causes a headache. We call it 'the widget scenario'!

We therefore try to make the process of ordering replacement parts as hassle free as possible.

Our Customer Liaison Manager & Parts Guru, Julie Topley, is on hand to help.

Julie looks after the supply of spare parts from each of the Manufacturers we represent, Concorde, Rimor, Laika, Fleurette, Bürstner and T@B. In addition we we are also able to source parts for Knaus Motorhomes.

In our shop, Stephen Mead our Retail Manager is able to supply spare parts from a huge range of accessories and appliance suppliers such as Fiamma, Truma, Alde, Dometic/Electrolux, Thetford, Oyster, SMEV, Waeco, Seitz, Omnistor, Project 2000, etc.
