Got a problem? Uwe can solve itWith the addition of German motorhome technician Uwe Klos to our workshop service team at Southdowns, we are confident that our technical service will be quicker and more efficient than ever.
Uwe joined Southdowns in November 2004 from the Rolls Royce factory in nearby Goodwood, where he had worked since coming to England in 2002. With a strong technical background, Uwe is now putting his expertise to use in our workshop.
Keen to broaden his knowledge and skills he is currently on a two-week intensive training programme at the Concorde factory in Germany, where he is joined by Southdowns directors Andrew and Russell Ayling. During the first week, they will learn more about the motorcaravan manufacturing process; a further week will be spent in Concorde service department learning how they deal with vehicle servicing and repairs.
It is not just Southdowns staff who will gain from this experience. Benefits to you, the customer, will be better liaison with the Concorde factory - invaluable when diagnosing problems or ordering vehicle parts. All this adds up to a better service and faster response times from the Southdowns workshop in 2005.
